-We collect this information at point of registration when registering for the App.

-The purpose of collecting the information is to connect you with you address book within the app.

-Sending you quarterly newsletters containing information about future updates and relevant news

-The Data we collect is to aid the functionality of the app

-The Data will be used to connect you with your contacts

-To send you newsletters containing updates to the service or relevant news

-To update you of a change to the terms of service

-To respond to equerries made to our support team

-We will communicate with you in regards to news we think is important to you and will do so via email.

-We have an association with BASC (British Association for shooting and Conservation) They are the only company that we currently share data with but this may change at any point in which case you will be notified.

Processing outside of the European Economic Area (EEA)

-All the data is stored within the European Economic Area on an IBM network within the UK

-As it stands we have no employees or partners outside of the EEA

How long your information is kept

-We will retain your personal information for a number of purposes, as necessary to allow us to carry out our business. Your information will be kept for up to 7 years on our main systems after which time it will be archived, deleted or anonymised.

Retention of personal data will be done in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and with industry standards. These data retention periods are subject to change without further notice as a result of changes to associated law or regulations.
